Nedlaw Continuing Education Course Gains Popularity among Architects

We invite you take our latest free Continuing Education course. We have teamed up with Architectural Record to bring you the course, “Hydroponic Living Plant Walls“. The online course has been very popular, with over 1300 test takers, most of them architects. This course will also earn you 1.00 HSW/SD credit while improving your understanding of Indoor Air Biofilters.

The CEU course is available both on the Architectural Record Continuing Education Centre website and official app – available for iPhone and iPad.

Once you complete the course and take the test, you will be able to:

  • Summarize and explain the principles of indoor air biofiltration that affect indoor air quality.
  • Analyze and compare the different basic components of an indoor air biofilter system.
  • Theorize and predict the impact of a biofilter on indoor air quality in buildings.
  • Specify and conceptually design an appropriate indoor air biofilter into a building to optimize performance.

On the Air with Nedlaw Living Walls

Dr. Darlington will be on the 570 News radioshow, “Ask the Experts”, on Saturday, June 15 at 1:00 pm. Dr. Darlington will be joining the show’s host, Dave Callander, for a discussion on how Living Walls can improve your indoor living environment.

Dr. Darlington will explain how our hydroponic living walls can transform a cold vertical surface into a relaxing and re-energizing focus for your building. He will also discuss other health benefits such as cleaner air, which is great for all of us, since we spend 90% of our time indoors. The show also takes calls from listeners, so you are encouraged to call in with your questions.

570 News is the Waterloo, Ontario region’s only local news and information radio station. We hope you will tune in to 570 A.M on June 15 at 1:00 pm for the show. We will also post a link to the podcast after the show.
