Primary Responsibilities
- Organize all aspects of the job
- Organize maintain equipment in good working condition
- Ensure all work done safely and to industry standards
- Organize materials needed for the job
- Train workers in the differing applications of roofing
- Ensure site securtiy
- Ensure production and quality control
- Anticipate next days requirements for scheduling of labour and materials coordinate these with the project manager
- Ensure professionalism in all dealings with customers and crew
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in the roofing industry
- 1-3 years experieince as a Roofing Foreman/woman
- Experienced in a variety of roofing systems and applications: built-up roofing, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, hot and cold applications, and Garland./li>
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
